Marsdenia

Marsdenia is commonly known as "Bush Pear". The pear-shaped fruit is similar in taste to crunchy snowpeas or zucchini when young. The flowers can be eaten straight from the vine, in fruit salad, or as a garnish. The fresh young leaves are great in salads as well!
