Description
A warm climate vine that originates from South India and is widely used in many Asian cuisines. This Indian style gourd is quite narrow and short with pointed ends. It has a cucumber-like crunchy flesh but bitter taste and edible skin with jagged ridges. Enjoyed in stir-fries, curries, soups and pickles. Sow spring and summer. Contains approx. 10 seeds.
