Sturt's Desert Pea

One of the most dramatic and attractive of Australia’s native plants and the floral emblem of South Australia. Grey-green, furry leaves and stems carry glossy, deep scarlet flowers with a black or maroon centre through Spring and Summer as an annual groundcover. Excellent for rockeries, open gardens or deep pots. Drought hardy. Sow Winter, Spring or Summer. Wildflower Seed Starter granules are helpful to boost germination.
