Description
Bower Spinach is a succulent, coastal ground cover offering edible leaves and red berries. The leaves are a similar flavour and texture to spinach and can be used in pesto or as a cooked garnish. It also has small, yellow, daisy-like flowers followed by edible red berries with a salty but sweet taste - making it great in preserves!
